  • Navy Agniveer Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) : 20 Times for Male & 15 Minutes for Female
  • Navy Agniveer Push Ups: 12 Times for Male Only
  • Navy Agniveer Bent Knee Sit-ups: 10 Times (Only for Female)
